Cheers to another Friday! Today I made this awesome dairy-free pudding that I just had to share with you guys. I know it sounds questionable as a dessert, being that it has avocado in it, but I promise you it’s really good! And it’s super easy to make. Finding desserts that are dairy-free are very few and far between, so I’m happy that this one satisfies my sweet tooth and it’s still really healthy.
What you’ll need:
- 3 large avocados (soft and ripe)
- 7 tablespoons coconut milk
- 2 teaspoons coconut oil
- 1/4 cup cacao powder (you can add a little more if you want it to have more chocolate flavor)
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons raw honey
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high until the mixture is smooth. Refrigerate for 30 minutes, and that’s it!!
